4 DAYS/3 NIGHTS - 4 Star Cruising on M/V Galapagos Legend
DAY 1 - Monday
Meet and greet at Baltra Airport. Transfer to Galapagos Legend. Briefing on ships facilities, safety practices & National Park rules.
Cruise to Nth Seymour Island for a relaxed hike & discover Sea Lions, Blue Footed Boobies, the Magnificent Frigate Bird and both Marine & Land Iguanas.
DAY 2 - Tuesday
Visit Genovesa Island or “island of the birds” with its beautiful beaches. Walk on lava terrain and see Red Footed Boobies, Frigates and fragrant Palo Santo Trees.
Revisit the island after lunch and see Darwin Bay with its Sea Lions, Lava Gulls, Night Herons and Fiddler Crabs. Take the option of snorkelling in the bay & observe sharks & rays.
DAY 3 - Wednesday
After a dry landing at Suarez Point on Espanola Island you will learn more about the lava terrain. This island is renowned for its birdwatching sites, Sea Lion colonies, Hooded Mocking Bird, Red Billed Tropic Bird, Marine Iguanas, Lava Lizards and colourful Sally Light Foot Crabs.
Cross the nesting grounds and discover the world’s largest colony of Waved Albatross and visit the famous blowhole with its 23 metre water shoot.
Continue to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno on San Cristobal Island. Here you will visit the Interpretation Centre which provides an opportunity to learn about the natural and human history of these islands. Enjoy an afternoon shop in town.
DAY 4 - Thursday
Land at Black Turtle Cove on Santa Cruz Island. Enjoy a motorboat ride through the mangrove which allows for a close up of the Sea Turtles, White Tipped Reef Sharks, Spotted Eagle Rays and Yellow Rays.
Return to the boat for check out and transfer to airport.
