DAY 1 

Private transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day free.

DAY 2 

Half day Historical City tour including the ornate La Moneda Palace which is the official seat of Chilean government. See the Pre-Columbian Museum which houses one of the world’s best artefact collections from indigenous South American cultures such as the Mayans, Aztecs & Incas.

Continue to the beautiful Plaza de Armas. This picturesque square is home to colourful gardens and is surrounded by important historical buildings such as the 18th century Metropolitana Cathedral, the National Historical Museum and the central post office.

Enjoy a wander through the Central Market before continuing to the delightful Santa Lucia Hill where you will enjoy great views of the city from its many lookouts. (B)

DAY 3 

Embark on your full day trip to the Pacific Coast. Pass vineyards, orchards and olive plantations as you travel northwest to visit one of Chile’s most exclusive and fashionable beach resorts, Vina del Mar.

Here you will see luxurious homes, beachfront hotels, immaculate parks and gardens and the Municipal Casino.

Continue to the neighbouring historic seaport town of Valparaiso and explore its winding cobblestone streets, colourful houses and unique hillside elevators and staircases.

Return to Santiago for overnight. (B)
